“Walking, I am listening to a deeper way. Suddenly, all my ancestors are behind me. Be still, they say. Watch and listen. You are the result of the love of thousands…”
~Linda Hogan

My Background
I have a rich back ground in cross-cultural perspectives having grown up in India, New Zealand and Hawaii. My formative years were rooted in nature, the ocean and forest, and I have always felt linked to the wisdom traditions that speak of the sacred invisibles that are guiding and protecting us. I went on to study somatic studies and depth psychology in college, but have been most informed by the decades of immersive apprenticeship I embarked on with indigenous healers of Africa, Mexico and Brazil. It was through these wise teachers I awoke to the voice of the ancestors and the healing power that they both need and offer us. And through this work that I discovered the wealth of healing gifts from my own Nordic ancestry.
